Viral TIKTOK- Baked Brownie Oats

Less than 500 cals, vegan friendly simple breakfast.

Another favorite of mine! It’s simple, scrummy and savvy this dish and a perfect nutritious breakfast suitable for the whole family! And under 500cals, what’s more to be said?

So this is what you need:


1. 40 grams oats

2. 75mls almond milk

3. 2 tbsp cocoa powder

4. 1/2 tsp baking powder

5. 1 tsp honey

6. 1/2 🍌 banana

7. Dark choc chips / cocoa nibs

8. Half walnut


1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 blueberries, 1 stacked tbsp Greek yogurt to top!!! That makes it +124 cals (491 total)


Blitz it all up in a blender, grab a oven proof little dish & grease line with coconut 🥥 oil and get the oven preheated and then set at 180. Pop it in for 15 mins or so (The smell is just amazing when it’s cooking) then you are set to go. The recipe is good for one portion.

Cals-367

Protein-8.6g (add a scoop of protein if you want an extra hit)

Carbs- 46.8g

Fat- 5.2g
