You can do this as a timed circuit 40secs on/20secs rest each station x 2 or 3 rounds!
1. Wall walks
2. Wall facing shoulder taps
3. Curtsy lunges
4. 3 variation press ups (close, wide, diamond)
5. Prisoner squats
6. Pike push ups
