Having recently reached out to clients, old new and potential clients in regards to getting back into personal training or possibly starting & I have to say…wow


I was not expecting the feedback I got.


So many of you are really struggling mentally with the thought of stepping foot in a gym again after the chaos of lockdown. For most, it has been a pretty shit experience and to say health and mindset gave taken a back seat, well it's an understatement by the sounds of it.
