ANYWHERE ANYTIME FULL BODY WORKOUT | NO KIT | with Jess Wilson PT

You asked, I delivered...


a full bodyweight only workout, featuring my big ass rock 😂 I had to get inventive here as I wanted to bring you something different, also get different planes of motion going and something that would activate that core - This is by no means for the faint hearted and I do recommend scaling these movements right back (shout me if you require help with this) if you are a novice or coming back from injury etc. It’s quite advanced but it’s a good one team

3 rounds of


1. 10 pistol squats

2. 5 full Plank step up with side delt & front raise

3. 10 Ninja jump into box (rock jump)

4. 10 dips

5. 10 e.l Curtsey step up with abduction

6. 10 forearm press with 4 knee to elbow

7. 10 squat jumps into box jumps

8. 10 Straight leg kick back + elevated press up

9. 10 Reverse frogs

10. 10 reverse lunge + knee up e.leg

11. 10 straight leg raise into knee to chest - I went through the whole round with no rest but take the rest according to ability and fitness level guys.


I loved this one and have to say, I was burning all over and blowing out of my arse and not a burpee in sight, who knew! - Give it a bash and tag me in your efforts ✌🏼 Jess
