24 minute FULL BODY at home workout

Give me 24 mins of your time and I’ll give you a beautifully programmed EMOM ⁣

Firstly if you’re not sure what the heck EMOM means .... ⁣ Every⁣ Minute⁣ On the⁣ Minute⁣ ⁣

You perform the prescribed about of reps, rest until the minute ticks over then start the next movement. ⁣ ⁣


It’s not a race, we want you using tempo still but you should have roughly between 20-10 secs left to rest at the end of every movement.⁣ ⁣


Ok now for the workout 💪🏻⁣ ⁣



▪️Min1. X6 Renegade rows ⁣

▪️Min2. X12-20 core crsuhers⁣ ⁣

▪️Min3. X10 core in-outs (all the way across is one rep) ⁣

▪️Min4. 10sec single leg glide bridge hold (change sides)⁣ then 10 glutei bridges ▪️Min5. 30sec Weighted glide bridge hold

▪️Min6. Squat walk ups ⁣


Repeat the cycle through x4 and you’ll be done & dusted in 24 little minutes.⁣ ⁣ Up for trying this out? Let me know in the comments 👇🏻
