Spice things up with this 24min banded workout. It will bring a fully body pump. Try to get through as many reps as you can in the 40 secs.

WORKOUT DETAILS: 40 secs on and 20 secs off is the goal, 3 rounds!


1. Banded behind the neck press

2. Banded pull aparts

3. Banded RDL

4. Side squat walks

5. Reverse lunge with tuck

6. Hollow hold press to hips

7. Hand off ground press ups

8. Plank walk ups
