Firstly if you’re not sure what the heck EMOM means .... Every Minute On the Minute
You perform the prescribed about of reps, rest until the minute ticks over then start the next movement.
It’s not a race, we want you using tempo still but you should have roughly between 20-10 secs left to rest at the end of every movement.
Repeat the cycle through x3 and you’ll be done & dusted in 21 little minutes.
