Give me 21mins of your time and I’ll give you a beautifully programmed EMOM ⁣ 📌Don’t forget to save this workout it’s one for the bank!⁣ ⁣


Firstly if you’re not sure what the heck EMOM means .... ⁣ Every⁣ Minute⁣ On the⁣ Minute⁣ ⁣

You perform the prescribed about of reps, rest until the minute ticks over then start the next movement. ⁣ ⁣


It’s not a race, we want you using tempo still but you should have roughly between 20-10 secs left to rest at the end of every movement.⁣ ⁣


Repeat the cycle through x3 and you’ll be done & dusted in 21 little minutes.⁣ ⁣
