Simple workout/ warm up idea:
16 min emom (every minute on the minute)
Min 1) seated barbell z press x10
Min 2) weighted elevated pistol squats x8
Min 3) banded T2B progressions x10
Min 4) weighted cusack squats x10
I did this before a workout and it was a great way to get warm and switch on different muscle groups!
